The Itoh Denki PM635KT is a heavy-duty 24V DC brushless motorized roller with a 2.50" (63.5 mm) diameter, a 7 amp motor, and a 12 pin connector — designed for high torque pallet handling applications. Featuring 11/16" threaded hex shafts, single shaft mounting, a spring-loaded shaft, and a standard 1000 mm power cable, the PM635KT pairs with the high torque CBK-109F, HBK-608F, and IB-E04F driver card families. It supports brake and sprocket options, and delivers exceptional tangential force across three gear stages for demanding conveyor environments.

- Thrust collar nuts to be tightened to 110.6 lb·ft ± 10%
