The Itoh Denki PM570KT is a high torque 24V DC brushless motorized roller with a 2.24" (57.0 mm) diameter, purpose-built for belted conveyor applications. Featuring dual shaft mounting, a spring-loaded shaft, Class E insulation, and an optional AL700 splined aluminum tube profile compatible with the Intralox patented MDR sprocket, the PM570KT is designed to drive modular plastic belting directly from the roller. With a standard 1000 mm power cable and 12 pin connector, it pairs with the high torque CBK-109F, HBK-608F, and IB-E04F driver card families.

Belted Conveyor Application
The PM570KT has been modified with a splined aluminum tube profile (AL700 option) that is fitted with the Intralox patented MDR sprocket, allowing the roller to directly drive modular plastic belting. This eliminates the need for external belt drive mechanisms and simplifies conveyor design for belted zone applications. The AL700 tube option has a maximum tube length of 1200 mm (47.24").
