The Itoh Denki PM635FS is a heavy-duty 24V DC brushless motorized roller with a 2.50" (63.5 mm) diameter — the largest in the Power Moller lineup — engineered for pallet handling and high-load conveyor applications. Featuring 11/16" threaded hex shafts, single shaft mounting on the cable side, dynamic braking, and a DOM carbon steel tube, the PM635FS delivers the load capacity and durability required for demanding industrial environments. Available with sprocket, waterproof, and low temperature options across two gear stages, with mounting brackets included with every roller purchase.

- Waterproof (WA) — Stainless steel exterior, IP-65 rated, 1000 mm cable. Available with 6 and 20 speed code options.
- Low Temp (LT) — Operates down to -30°C (-22°F). Available with 6 and 20 speed code options.

- Thrust collar nuts to be tightened to 110.6 lb·ft ± 10%
