The Itoh Denki PM635KE is the highest-current motorized roller in the Power Moller lineup — a 10 amp, 24V DC brushless motor driven roller with a 2.50" (63.5 mm) diameter, built for the most demanding pallet handling applications. Featuring 11/16" threaded hex shafts, single shaft mounting, a spring-loaded shaft, and a standard 1000 mm power cable with a split 3 pin / 7 pin connector, the PM635KE delivers exceptional torque across three gear stages. This roller is exclusively compatible with the CBM-103F driver card, which is purpose-built to handle its 10A current requirements.

The CBM-103F is the only driver card compatible with the PM635KE model. No other Itoh Denki driver cards can be used with this roller.
Tube Length Considerations
- Standard / no options: TL = BF − 20 mm
- VG (Poly V end cap): TL = BF − 66 mm
- OS (Sprockets): TL = BF − 20 mm

Mounting Brackets & Accessories
1 mounting bracket is required for this roller. Brackets are included with roller purchase.
- Standard Threaded Hex Shaft: P-0D1 (hex flat up) / P-0E1 (hex point up)
- Thrust collar nuts to be tightened to 110.6 lb·ft ± 10%
