The POP-D is a 24V DC pop-up wheel divert module that enables 30 or 45 degree angle transfers within a standard conveyor line. Using MDR-driven pop-up wheels, it diverts packages without pneumatics, drops directly into existing conveyor frames, and operates at 197 FPM with a minimal 3 mm (0.1”) transfer clearance.

Available in four widths (15.5” through 27.3”) with a fixed 29.9” frame length, the POP-D is compatible with Itoh Denki’s IB-E03B Ethernet/IP controllers or CB-016S7 driver cards.
