P-0D1 (hex flat up) and P-0E1 (hex point up) are threaded hex shaft mounting brackets designed for the Itoh Denki PM635 family of heavy-duty Power Moller® DC pallet handling rollers. These low profile brackets are engineered for maximum holding strength on the larger 11/16" threaded hex shafts used on PM635 models.

Each bracket is supplied with an M20 x 1.25 nut. One bracket is required per PM635 roller (cable side mounting).

Installation

  • Thrust collar nuts must be torqued to 110.6 lb•ft ±10% (149.5 Nm)
  • 1 bracket required per PM635 roller
  • Brackets are included with PM635 roller purchase
