MBC-071 (hex flat up) and MBC-081 (hex point up) are low profile yoke style hex shaft mounting brackets for Itoh Denki Power Moller® DC rollers. Like the standard MBB brackets, the shaft hole of the middle plate is rotated a few degrees to grip the shaft securely when torqued.

These optional low profile brackets provide a reduced-height alternative to the standard MBB brackets while maintaining the same roller compatibility and secure yoke-style mounting. Supplied with M5 x 15 pan head Phillips mounting bolts and hardware.

Installation

  • Nuts must be torqued to 2.2 lb•ft (3 Nm)
  • 1 required for FE models and PM486XE/XP
  • 2 required for PM486FS, PM486FH, and PM486FP (yoke shaft)
