The MABS2 is a 24V DC multi-angle ball sorter module capable of transferring packages at any specified angle — including 30, 45, and 90 degrees — using a motorized ball transfer surface powered by 2 MDRs. Unlike fixed-angle transfers, the MABS2 eliminates pneumatics entirely and can be oriented for a wide range of divert applications.

The MABS2 is scalable: multiple units can be placed side-by-side to create a larger transfer surface, supporting loads up to 239 kg (528 lbs) in an 8-unit configuration. Compatible with the IB-E04F Ethernet/IP controller for Rockwell network integration, or the IB-E06F-UL-M1 driver card.
