Telco Background Suppression Sensors

Telco background suppression sensors are diffuse photoelectric sensors designed to distinguish a target from surfaces located beyond the selected detection range. This helps reduce false detection from nearby machine panels, conveyors or other background objects.

Choose a model based on the required cutoff distance, target characteristics, mounting geometry, housing, output and connection. Proper setup remains important, particularly with reflective, dark or irregular targets, so verify the operating conditions against the product specifications.
