FSY-01 and FSY-02 are the standard mounting hardware sets for Itoh Denki Power Moller® DC rollers equipped with JQ (threaded hex with wrench shoulder) or JT (threaded hex) shaft configurations. Each set includes a toothed lock washer and M12 x 1.25 nut.

This hardware replaces the yoke-style mounting brackets on rollers with JQ or JT shafts. These shaft types thread directly through the conveyor frame and are secured with the included toothed lock washer and nut.

Installation

  • Nuts must be torqued to 22.1 lb•ft (30 Nm)
