Roller Bed Belt Conveyors

Titan’s Roller Bed Belt Conveyors are ideal for moving heavier loads or when conveying over longer distances than a standard slider bed can accommodate. By supporting the belt on a bed of rollers instead of a flat steel plate, these conveyors reduce friction, enabling smoother transport of cartons, parts, or packages with less power and wear.

Two roller bed configurations are available to match your load capacity and layout needs. Both models can be customized with roller spacing, upgraded pulleys, and different belt widths to suit industrial applications ranging from manufacturing to packaging and fulfillment.

Model Highlights

• Model 105 – Standard-duty unit with 1.9″ diameter x 16 gauge rollers mounted on 3″, 4″, or 6″ centers. Ideal for longer runs or heavier loads that exceed slider bed capacity.
• Model 109 – Heavy-duty version featuring 2.5″ diameter x 11 gauge rollers and an 8″ diameter drive pulley for greater torque and load control.
