Powered Turntable Conveyors

Titan’s Powered Turntable Conveyors provide a compact and efficient solution for changing direction or rotating products within your conveyor system. When floor space is limited or layout flexibility is key, a turntable can rotate product 90 degrees, reorient items, or serve as a sortation or accumulation point.

Turntables are available in diameters from 2′ to 12′ and can be driven by either chain and sprocket or air-operated cylinder, depending on your layout needs. Each unit includes a heavy-duty 7 gauge steel top with angle iron base and is guarded on all four sides for safety. Tabletops can be fitted with gravity rollers or chain-driven live rollers to match surrounding conveyor equipment.
