Gravity Roller Conveyor

Gravity Roller Conveyors

Titan Gravity Roller Conveyors provide a reliable, cost-effective, and ergonomic way to move products without the use of motorized drives. Whether using natural decline or manual push assistance, these conveyors simplify product flow between workstations, shipping areas, and processing lines.

Gravity conveyors are often used in warehousing, manufacturing, assembly, and packaging applications. Their simple design and low maintenance requirements make them a foundational tool in many material handling systems.

How Does a Gravity Conveyor Work?

Gravity roller conveyors rely on the natural force of gravity or human assistance to move loads. They consist of freely rotating rollers mounted in a frame. As loads are placed on the rollers, they can be pushed or roll down an incline to their destination — no motorized power required.
