FlexMove® — High-Performance Aluminum Flexible Chain Conveyors
Modular, space-saving conveyors for curves, inclines/declines, and complex layouts — widths 45–260 mm, lengths up to 29.8 m, loads to 272 kg (600 lb), and speeds to 76 m/min (250 fpm).
The FlexMove platform is built for tight footprints and advanced routing, handling curves (15°–180°), jogs, and elevation changes from 5° to 90°. Its aluminum frame and modular architecture pair with a broad chain catalog — low-friction, friction-top, cleated, roller-top, magnet-top, conductive, and more — to move everything from delicate packages to heavier parts with smooth, reliable transfers. Standard modules (drives, idlers, curves, vertical bends) assemble into Helix and Alpine systems for compact buffering/cooling and vertical transport, while side-grip wedge elevators and top-running loop/pallet systems unlock specialized applications. Choose from components to build in-house, factory sub-assemblies, or on-site assembly to match your project and timeline.
