2200 Modular Belt

2200 Modular Belt Conveyors

Dorner 2200 Series Conveyor Belt-Piedmont Technical Sales

A low-profile conveyor with a durable, open-surface modular belt for airflow, drainage, and long-lasting performance.

When Your Line Needs Airflow and Durability

The 2200 Series Modular Belt conveyor uses an open-surface plastic belt for better airflow, drainage, and wear resistance. It’s ideal for applications that see frequent washdowns, product impact, or need cooling/drying on the belt. Same ultra-low profile frame as the rest of the 2200 family for tight integrations.

  • Open-surface belt for airflow, cooling, and drainage
  • Durable, impact-resistant belt modules for tough handling
  • Low profile frame (1.87") fits inside machines and tight cells
  • End or center drive layouts, plus side guides and mounts

Common Applications

  • Cooling or drying after forming, coating, or washing
  • Packaging and case handling with sharp or abrasive edges
  • General transport where debris needs to pass through the belt
  • Light washdown environments (verify by application)

Why Modular Belt v Flat Belt?

Choose Modular Belt when you need better wear/impact resistance, airflow/drainage, or easier sanitation.
Choose Flat Belt when you want the smoothest surface for precise part transfer or very small product.
